U Than Lwin · U Htike

Advise the chairman and the board so that the board acts within its rules and the interests of all members are served equally.
Chairman

U Ko Ko Lwin

Assigns the duties of board members, safeguards the decisions of meetings and the organisation’s announcements, and settles its procedures.
Vice-Chairman

U Kyi Win

Arranges meetings and workshops for the development of the organisation and its members.
Chief Executive Officer

U Zaw Htoo Aung

Connects the organisation with bodies at home and abroad, and negotiates members’ copyright entitlements and benefits.
Secretary

U Hla Htay

Assists the chairman in resolving injuries to members’ entitlements, and raises funds for the organisation.
Treasurer

Daw Nilar Myint

Manages and safeguards MMCO’s funds, keeps receipts and payments in order, and reports monthly.
Auditor

U Inn

Audits income and expenditure against the financial rules, and reports findings once every three months.
Information Officer

U Maung Maung Htwe

Keeps the records of meetings, communicates decisions promptly to those concerned, and answers media enquiries.
International Relations Officer

U Myo Swe

Obtains the practices and data used in other countries, and works with international industry bodies.

Accountant

Daw Mya Kaythi Han

Examines, distributes and keeps account of the artists’ fees received from the bodies working with MMCO.

Receives new members, keeps members’ records, and arranges meetings.
